How do I book a stay?
Stays are arranged directly. Use Book a Stay or Check Availability to begin a stay request and we will confirm the details with you.
Can I book the whole wing or a group stay?
Yes. The Garden Wing is the primary group and private-wing offering — the whole wing, available for groups. Start with Plan a Group Stay and we will help you arrange it.
Do you offer corporate and extended stays?
Yes — furnished corporate rentals, team housing, relocation stays, and extended assignments, with invoicing available for approved non-lodging arrangements. Terms are confirmed directly.
Do you offer recovery or medical stays?
We offer quiet, comfortable stays for patients, caregivers, and families. Delphius does not provide medical care or advice and is not suitable for guests requiring medical supervision — see the Recovery & Medical Stays page for details.
Can I host an event or cocktail hour?
Yes. Request an event proposal and we will outline the space and what can be arranged. Beverage service, vendors, capacity, and terms are coordinated against your approved event plan and applicable requirements.
What are your rates?
Rates and availability are confirmed directly at the time of booking. We do not publish static pricing.
What about parking, accessibility, and house policies?
Parking, accessibility, and house policies are confirmed directly. General accessibility requests are welcome with any inquiry.
