We are rooted in Tampa, with a focus on historic preservation and adaptive hospitality: taking buildings with real character and running them well, for the way people travel and gather today.
The Knickerbocker by Delphius is the flagship expression of the brand — the first, not the last. Delphius is built to grow into more properties, venues, retreats, and wellness without losing the point of view.
